The platform brings together experience across capital markets, infrastructure finance, freshwater technology, governance, and long-term risk evaluation not as adjacent capabilities, but as an integrated perspective on where durable opportunity exists in the freshwater sector.

The team has operated across market cycles, managed institutional capital at scale, and developed the sector relationships and operating knowledge that disciplined freshwater investing requires. That depth of judgment is what separates credible evaluation from observation.

Stewart brings nearly 40 years of experience in securities, private equity, and hedge fund management, with a career spanning firms such as O’Connor Partnership, Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, and CIBC Oppenheimer. From 1999 to 2012, he co-founded and managed two hedge funds, deploying over $900 million across more than 500 companies, primarily in the micro cap and small cap sectors. As the Founding Managing Partner and CIO of Crestview Capital Partners from 2000 to 2008, he grew assets under management from $5 million to $250 million, with a focus on PIPEs and growth stage equity investments.

Stewart currently leads Dillon Capital LLC, where he continues to apply his decades of investment expertise to identify and cultivate opportunities of lasting value.

Stewart is the author of For All the Water (2023), an examination of the global water scarcity thesis that has been recognized across both investment and policy communities. His work has helped establish him as one of the most credible and forward thinking voices in water and energy focused investment strategy.

Stewart earned his MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Vanderbilt University.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Stewart played four years of varsity tennis at Vanderbilt University and served as team captain during his senior year. He went on to compete for one year on the professional tennis circuit in 1980. He is the father of four adult children and grandfather to five grandchildren.

Peter Lamb

As Chair of the Advisory Board, Peter Lamb brings over three decades of marketing and strategic consulting experience to his role Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Peter initially gained international recognition as a tennis player, competing at prestigious tournaments such as Wimbledon and the U.S. Open between 1975 and 1982.

Following his athletic career, Peter pursued higher education in the United States, earning an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In 1991, Peter founded Lamb Consulting, a firm dedicated to transforming media companies into more efficient, competitive, and profitable organizations.

His approach emphasizes the creation of “NEW-NEW” revenue streams, targeting customers who have not previously engaged with his clients’ products or services. Peter’s extensive client portfolio includes prominent organizations such as El Clasificado, The Wall Street Journal, Google, Facebook, the Black Press Media Group in Canada, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, and Star-Metroland Media. His consulting work spans globally, impacting media companies in regions including Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Hungary, Great Britain, Singapore, Toronto, Los Angeles, and New York.

In addition to his consulting practice, Peter is a sought-after speaker, delivering presentations, seminars, and webinars at numerous national and international media events. These engagements include the WAN-IFRA World Newspaper Congress, International Classified Marketing Association, and the Local Media Association. Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter is an avid reader and draws inspiration from stories of athletes, entertainers, and global figures who have overcome challenges to achieve greatness.

Ray Anderson

Ray is a visionary executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience in audit, finance, risk management, and strategic transformation. As a Partner at KPMG LLP, Ray has held multiple high-impact leadership roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, consistently driving growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance for Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations.

Up until December of 2025, Ray served as Global Lead Partner for one of the firm’s largest global clients. He led integrated audit teams across more than 75 international offices, overseeing hundreds of audits and embedding cutting-edge technologies to enhance audit quality and client engagement. Under his leadership, the audit process has been transformed through innovation sessions and technology-driven client conferences, delivering sustained improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction.

Previously, as Audit Practice Leader for the Pacific Southwest region, Ray oversaw business unit operations across Los Angeles and surrounding markets. He led the region through legacy challenges, implementing tailored solutions to complex regulatory and operational issues, and achieved double digit CAGR over a five-year period. His leadership was instrumental in aligning firm policies with professional standards and strengthening relationships with regulatory bodies such as the PCAOB. Ray’s international leadership includes having served as U.S. Capital Markets Group Partner in Hong Kong, where he prepared clients for U.S. market entry and led IPO readiness initiatives.

In Düsseldorf, Germany, he served as Operating Office Partner, developing U.S. GAAP and GAAS expertise among regional partners and managers. Earlier in his career, he served as Professional Practice Partner in New York, where he advanced audit quality strategies across the firm. A trusted advisor to boards, audit committees, and C-suite executives, Ray brings deep expertise in enterprise risk, PCAOB standards, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and capital markets strategy. He is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist on topics such as IPO readiness, regulatory change, and corporate governance, and has served on the Advisory Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Erik Brown

Erik is the Senior Director of Private Equity at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is also the Founder and President of Red Cedar Capital, specializing in investments in early – stage technology companies. Before his current role, Erik was a co -founder and Principal at Aspire Capital Partners, an investment fund in Chicago with over $1 billion in invested capital. During his 13 -year tenure at Aspire, he focused on technology, including clean technology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University (1997) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (2006).

J. Carl Ganter

J. Carl Ganter is co-founder and director of Circle of Blue, the center for frontline reporting, research and analysis on water resource issues and their relationship to food and energy in a changing climate. Mr. Ganter is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster and photojournalist whose work has appeared in numerous major magazines, newspapers and television and radio networks, including Time, National Geographic and Rolling Stone.

Carl is the past vice chairman of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Water Security and served as a member of the Forum’s Global Future Council on the Environment and its New Vision for Agriculture and Water initiatives. He has presented or moderated sessions at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Aspen Ideas Festival, Techonomy, DLD, Global Entrepreneurship Summit, Aspen Environment Forum, World Water Week, Fung Global Institute, Concordia Summit, Impact Summit, International Water Summit, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and others. He is a recipient of the Rockefeller Foundation’s Centennial Innovation Award.

Carl earned his MSJ in investigative and magazine reporting at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism after graduating from the University’s American Studies program.

Melissa Widen

Melissa has served as Co-Founder, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Impact Deposits at First Women’s Bank of Chicago from February of 2016 to the present. She served as the Managing Partner of the law firm Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum from April 2009 to Jun 2016.

Melissa was part of the Litigation Counsel of Arthur Andersen LLP from May 1996 to April 2007. She was also an associate at Jenner & Block from September of 1992 to May 1996 and was a law clerk for the Hon. Norman P. Ramsey U.S. District Court of Baltimore, Maryland from September of 1991 to August 1992.

She holds a BA from Duke University in Political Science (1988) and is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law – Doctor of Law JD (1991).

Eleanor Waddell

As Vice President for Avendra International, Eleanor Waddell is a strategic growth and business development leader shaping how Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) create value across the hospitality, entertainment and restaurant industries. At Avendra, she oversees business development, sales, client and customer onboarding, field support and customer relations.

Eleanor designs growth strategies and partnerships that strengthen the GPO’s value while giving customers access to higher-value relationships that drive revenue, control costs, enhance guest experience and create strategic leverage at scale. Eleanor focuses on building innovative programs, new revenue models, and market relationships that go beyond traditional procurement. Known for connecting vision to execution, she helps organizations on both sides of the ecosystem grow smarter, faster and more strategically.

Eleanor has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kevin Tewksbury

Kevin Tewksbury serves as Representative, East Asia for Next View Global Water Technology Fund, leading regional opportunity identification, last-mile diligence, and capital formation in Singapore and across the broader Asia-Pacific. He focuses on climate-resilience opportunities in desalination, freshwater systems, and bioplastics, while supporting the partnership with capital raise.

Kevin brings 27 years of equity market and private investment experience, with a track record in asymmetric, high-conviction positions across software, new energy, and critical resource themes. His research centers on desalination, water-reuse technologies, and India-facing sustainability pathways.

He provides research and strategic support to NextView on freshwater technologies and coordinated engagement for the UCLA freshwater symposium. Kevin’s background in television film production informs his approach to opportunity mapping and stakeholder communications.

Kevin is currently focusing on last-mile diligence in Asian tech, while assisting the capital base for the Fund’s general partnership and private equity vehicle.

He served as Director Serum DPT 2022 – 2024 and Director Invenra from 2012 to 2023. He served as: (i) CEO and Co -Founder of Transplant Genomics from 2013 -2021, which was acquired by Eurofins in 2019; (ii) Chief Executive Officer of NimbleGen Inc. from 2003 -2008 (acquired by Roche) and as COO and Co – Founder of Genetic MicroSystems from1997 -2001 when it was acquired by Affymetrix; and (iii) PCR Business Director for Perkin Elmer/Applied Biosystems from 1989 -1994 and as Director DNA Products and Services Collaborative Research 1986 -1989.

Stan holds a BA from Cornell (Psychology) and a PhD from M.I.T. in Biology and Biological Sciences.
